PROBLEM
Consumers may not be aware of the importance of calcium, as we lose calcium every day through movement, and the everyday food we consume may not provide sufficient calcium. Additionally, since it is a medicine, the brand can’t communicate directly. Therefore, we have to create a strategy to guide consumers in remembering the brand.
THE STRATEGY & TACTICS
• We have discovered that every day is an opportunity to live a healthy life. Therefore, we encourage to GET UP & GET AFTER IT. We developed concept of “Caltrate be with you every step of the way” ใช้ชีวิตให้สนุก ทุกๆการเคลื่อนไหวที่แข็งแรง on Facebook community with 2 content directions which are branded content to educate product’s raw ingredients and unbranded content to demonstrate unexpected situations that could be caused by lack of calcium. This is targeted at two groups: office workers and elders.
• We developed a testimonial video with the concept “Osteoporosis can happen to any gender, at any age, and in any occupation” โรคกระดูก ไม่เลือกเพศ ไม่เลือกวัย ไม่เลือกอาชีพ to cover all target segments.
