PROBLEM
Sunmum aimed to become leading mom and kids product brand on online channel. The objectives were to build awareness and increase online via e-commerce website and social media
THE STRATEGY & TACTICS
•We analyzed the UX/UI of e-commerce website to improve sales journey and funnel. This included identified drop-off rate during sessions and ad message used, ensuring they aligned with parent insight.
•We focus 2 media platform ;
: Facebook – we used ad objectives send message and traffic that led consumers to view the product and start conversations or order easily followed by CPAS to increase sale volume.
: SEM – Keywords were grouped into 3 ad groups : brand, competitor’s names and product related. We optimize CTR% and use responsive search ads to display the relevant messages to customers.
RESULTED
• Visitor on e-commerce website increased by 43%
• Online sales volume grew by 26%
